1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, downloading, or using the Pra4 application and promotional platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable operational policies.

2. Platform Services & Role

Pra4 operates a CPA performance marketing and workforce recruitment platform connecting verified promoters, advertisers, corporate employers, and consumer audiences.

3. Account Registration & Integrity

• Promoters must provide accurate legal name, valid mobile number, and identity verification credentials.
• One person is permitted only one active promoter account. Duplicate accounts created to manipulate referral hierarchies or bonuses are strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN, password, and authenticated devices.

4. Promotional Conduct & Prohibited Traffic

• No Fraudulent Traffic: Automated bot clicks, proxy spoofing, auto-refresh scripts, or synthetic lead submissions are strictly monitored and banned.
• No Misleading Claims: Promoters must not make false guarantees, fake cash reward promises, or impersonate official bank representatives.
• Compliance with Brand Guidelines: All promotions for banking and credit products must adhere strictly to RBI and advertiser compliance guidelines.

5. Referral Payouts & Commission Validation

Payouts and tier overrides are subject to confirmation of lead legitimacy, advertiser postback verification, and anti-fraud review. Any fraudulent leads will result in commission forfeiture and permanent promoter account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

All software architectures, UI components, brand marks, and algorithms associated with PRA4 remain the exclusive proprietary assets of Pra4.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
