Important: Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, you will lose access to your promoter codes, wallet balance, active referrals, and dashboard records.

What happens after you submit?

Identity Verification: Our compliance team verifies the deletion request against the registered mobile number and email.
Data Erasure: Your personal profile, contact information, device identifiers, and credentials will be deleted from active production databases.
Regulatory Retention: Historical financial transaction logs, payout receipts, GST/TDS records, and audit compliance data will be retained for the minimum statutory period mandated by applicable Indian tax and financial laws.
Processing Timeline: Deletion requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 business days.
