1. No Refunds
Pra4 provides digital, software, IT, campaign, and service-based deliverables. Because these services involve immediate access, resource allocation, technical setup, digital delivery, or operational processing, all payments are final and non-refundable.
2. Covered Payments
- Website, software, dashboard, portal, app, or IT development services.
- Setup fees, subscription fees, renewal fees, maintenance charges, and support plans.
- Campaign, promotion, lead, partner, advertiser, or digital marketing services.
- Custom integrations, domain/server configuration, automation, reporting, or consulting work.
3. Service Issues
If a technical issue occurs, our team will review and try to resolve it as per the agreed scope. Resolution, correction, or support does not mean refund eligibility.
4. Cancellations
Users may request cancellation of future recurring services where applicable. Cancellation does not create a refund for payments already made or work already started.
5. Exceptions
Any exception, credit note, replacement service, or adjustment is solely at the discretion of Pra4 / Techmaa AI Innovation Pvt Ltd and must be confirmed in writing.
