Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Team Leader – Field Marketing who already has an active field marketing/sales team of 10+ members.
The Team Leader will be responsible for managing, guiding, and monitoring the field team, achieving assigned targets, conducting regular team activities, and ensuring successful execution of company campaigns in the assigned local area.
Candidates who have their own active network/team of 10 or more field sales or marketing members will be preferred.
Key Requirements
Education: Any Graduate.
Experience: 2+ years in Field Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Team Handling preferred.
Team: Own/active field team of 10+ members preferred.
Location: Candidates should be able to operate within their assigned/local market.
