HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process and supervise the HR/Recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Team Management, Candidate Handling, Recruitment Operations, and Performance Management. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruiters, ensuring recruitment targets are achieved, monitoring candidate pipelines, and coordinating with management to fulfill hiring requirements.

Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or any relevant field. MBA/PGDM in HR or a related specialization will be an advantage.
